                                                         30 Day Coloring Challenge
Online Card Class Heat Wave Day 1
The UPS man delivered my new kit from Hero Arts!  I needed to get some ink on those beautiful sea-themed stamps right away!

Day 1 of Online Card Class Heat Wave Jennifer McGuire heat embossed on acetate that has been treated for the extreme heat technique.  There are two tricky parts to doing this.  One is to stamp straight down and lift straight up so the stamp won't slide on the slick acetate.  The other tricky part is to avoid getting embossing powder dust all over the acetate.  (Here in Arizona that is really difficult because of our super dry air.)  I made generous use of my anti-static bag and also made sure my work surface was free of powder with a Swiffer cloth.

The front panel of this card is made of watercolor paper.  The anemones are heat embossed in white.
They resist the beautiful Distress colors I smooshed the cardstock into,

Most of the sequins in the shaker come in the Hero Arts kit.

I haven't yet put a sentiment on the card as I'm not sure when or who will get it .
